a habit to change

Being aware of one's behavior and changing it is not an easy task, but in terms of inciting positive change, it is a skill that can be used to improve the environment on a personal level, as well as improve things about your life that you may not be so happy about.

One behavior that I struggle with is waking up in the morning. I stay up very late, and when its time to go to my 9:30am Italian class I am barely conscious. I would like to make a change to my sleep schedule to get to sleep earlier and as a result, wake up more refreshed for class.

(Funny that I am writing this blog at 11pm, about how I need to get to sleep earlier!)
